Welcome to Royale Win — an online casino and sports betting platform operating under the domain royalewin.best. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") governs your use of all services, games, features, content, and functionality provided by Royale Win ("Platform", "us", "the company").

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Royale Win Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which form part of this overarching agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are advised not to use the Royale Win Platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

Key Definitions

Royale Win is an adult entertainment platform open only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria, without exception:

• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to hold and operate only one (1) active account on Royale Win. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Royale Win reserves the right to reject or terminate any account found to be using false or fraudulent information.
• Not on Self-Exclusion List: You are not currently under an active self-exclusion period through Royale Win's responsible gaming programme or any similar programme.

Royale Win reserves the right to request document verification (such as a national ID, bank statement, or proof of address) at any time as part of our KYC process. Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification has been fully completed.

Your Royale Win account is your personal responsibility. By registering, you agree to:

All financial transactions on Royale Win are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Our platform does not accept or process any foreign currency.

4.1 Deposits

Royale Win accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• GrabPay — processed instantly, minimum RM10

• Boost eWallet — processed instantly, minimum RM10

All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. Royale Win does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a third party will be returned and the account in question may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the withdrawal method and amount. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in circumstances approved by the Royale Win support team.
• Full KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Royale Win reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 in a single day.
• Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement (rollover) cannot be withdrawn until the requirement has been fully satisfied.

Royale Win offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our members. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions outlined in their respective bonus terms, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): Every bonus received carries a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is as stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• Single Account: Only one account is permitted to claim a bonus. Any attempt to claim bonuses multiple times through multiple accounts, the same IP address, or the same device will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible account termination.

• Identity fraud, the use of false information, or registering under another person's name.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to automate gameplay or exploit the system.
• Collusion between two or more players to manipulate game outcomes or abuse bonuses.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the Royale Win platform.
• Bonus abuse through hedging or strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Hacking, unauthorised access, or any attempt to compromise the security of Royale Win's systems.
• Disrupting or undermining the experience of other players through abusive behaviour in live chat or at casino tables.

Royale Win's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Royale Win reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member personally.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the Royale Win support team. Any real money balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement) will be returned in full to the original deposit method upon completion of the required verification process.
